You’ll be sharing the apartment with one friendly and respectful roommate, ensuring a calm and cooperative living environment.

The room comes fully furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, a desk, and a walk-in closet. High-speed broadband and all utilities (electricity, water, and internet) are included.

The apartment offers a balcony, shared kitchen and dining areas, pool access, and parking with a guest permit. Located near I-95, public transportation, Winn-Dixie, DD’s Discounts, restaurants, schools (elementary & middle), Aventura Mall, YMCA, and Hollywood Boulevard — everything you need is close by.

We are looking for one or two tenants, preferably Spanish-speaking, who are clean, respectful, and cooperative.
Guests and social drinking are allowed only with prior coordination.
