We are looking for a mature individual that would like to live in a single-family home, park in front of your entry gate and enjoy the quiet privacy and freedom afforded by living in a single-family home. For the last couple of years, we have been using a Popular short term rental App very successfully, but now we are looking for a more permanent tenant who wants to stay more long-term.
