Waterfront East Fort Lauderdale room opening up October st for $,mo.

Looking primarily for a female roommate (open to a guy only if you actually know how to build things and fix shit with me, otherwise it's female roomies only).

The Deal:

Unfurnished room with its own minisplit AC (stays freezing cold) and a dark mirrored standup closet. There is so much room for activities—previous tenants fit a work desk, queen bed, dresser, and couch with room to spare. Kingsize fits too.

Need it furnished? If the vibe checks out, we can make it happen, but I need to know ASAP to order the bed sets.

Shared clean bathroom with one other awesome roommate (Anna).

Inunit washerdryer, fast internet, and assigned parking spot on the east side of the driveway closest to the gate.

Backyard has a brandnew person hot tub, canal access, and my boats parked right out back. I take them out constantly, and you are always welcome to jump on board.

Rent covers internet and hot tub upkeep. Watertrashelectric split evenly (usually $$mo depending on AC and hot tub use).

About us:
I'm John ()—run real estate projects, boat rentals, and a nonprofit from home. Anna () manages a luxury hotel on the beach. We also have a chill resident cat named Coco. We keep busy during the week hitting the gym, boxing, or out on the water, but the house is a lowkey sanctuary. We cook real food, hang out around our foot African Bubinga table, or hit the hot tub.
