I am renting out my 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedroom condo. You would have your own room and your own bathroom and we would share common areas. It's conveniently located near downtown, the beach, and the airport. I have two super friendly cats, but I keep them out of the guest bedroom and bathroom. If you leave the door open, even for a second, they will try to sneak in! The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood on a private island. I'm looking for a quiet, respectful, and responsible roommate.
