Primary En-Suite in Townhouse

You will be renting the Primary Suite and sharing the use of the whole house and patio with your own assigned parking space, and use of the heated pool. The Primary Suite has a private ensuite bathroom (8ft x 8ft) with tub/shower and 3 updated closets (2- 7ft closets with drawers, shoe rack and hanging space, and a 6 ft closet). The room contains a queen size bed, linens, pillows, 2 nightstands, lamps, a desk, desk chair, rug and TV. The 2 large (hurricane) windows fill the room with light when the blinds are opened. This large space is 14 x 19, not including the bathroom. It features newly installed luxury vinyl tile (light gray wood tone) and is freshly painted. For extra storage there is space in the common townhouse storage area. The washer-dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen.

If you do not require the Primary Suite to be furnished, I can reduce the rent by $400 per month. Most utilities included except 50% of monthly electric bills.

I am friendly, easy going, easy to talk to and responsible. I will be considerate and respect your privacy. Everything is kept in working order at my townhouse and I pay all bills on time.
On a personal note, I am in a relationship, spending half of each week at her house. I have a Miniature Australian Shepherd who travels with me each week.
I am a TV binge-watcher, and gamer. There is a huge TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. I am open to a male, female or LGBTQ roommate.
