About Me & The House:
I'm John Whelden (), duplex owner, entrepreneur, and boxer. Former owner of La Mexicana Taco Bar, now running Lauderdale Boat Rentals, a software co, marina ops, development, and lead Bridge Living (housing yo postfoster youth in a new unit building).

I work hrsweek, hit the gym, box, read, and stay active. Because I work so much, I don't use the house as much as I should, so I love renting rooms to keep the place alive, full of good vibes, and active.

The other room is rented by my friend Diana, an architectural engineer from Costa Rica. She works a ton, is super chill, clean, and grounded.

We cook at the house every single day, love good food, and have friendly French bulldog ("Frenchy") dogs living here! Your dogscats are welcome ($ nonrefundable pet deposit + $mo pet fee) must get approved by the Frenchies first haha!

Looking for a female roommate as women are typically cleaner, help us cook, and keep things quiet and harmonious (open to whoever fits the vibe!).
