The Room & Property

The Space: Unfurnished bedroom featuring direct water views and a shared bathroom (with just one other tenant).

Private Entrance & Hot Tub: The room has its own exterior door that opens straight out to a brandnew, person hot tub and the backyard—perfect to use as your own private entrance.

House Amenities: Modern kitchen with a dishwasher, inunit washerdryer, and plenty of parking in a large spot driveway.

PetFriendly: Fencedin yard (note: we currently have a resident cat in the home, super chill cat and lays around the majority of the day).

The Vibe & Roommates
You’ll be sharing the house with two people: myself (a male business owner who stays busy with work and bodybuilding, and doesn't drink) and a yearold woman who manages a luxury hotel on the beach.

We keep the house very clean, laidback, and welcoming. When we aren't grinding at work, we are usually taking the boats docked out back to the local sandbars or decompressing in the hot tub.
