Furnished room for rent in beautiful and newly rebuilt, Key West style home with pool. Great location! Just minutes to Airport, i95, 595 and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Publix and Winn-Dixie a block away. Shared bath. Full access to kitchen, living areas, outdoor pool, patio and bbq area. Parking in front of the house.

Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside table lamps with charing ports, 1 floor lamp, shelving in closet, 3 tier storage bin I’m closet (can be removed) a small trashcan, mirror, overhead fan with dimmable lighting and 2 framed paintings which can be removed depending on personal preference.

You will need your own shower supplies and toiletries, laundry detergents, towels, pillows and bedding but the house otherwise has all the comforts of home which you are welcomed to use, including all kitchenware.

Important: please do not bring more than what you can fit in your room! If there is something you would like to bring that does not fit go in your room, your laundry room shelf or your provided kitchen cabinets, please check with me before bringing. Like all FL bungalow style homes, there isn’t much storage space and I try to keep the living areas uncluttered. I will definitely accommodate where I can but do remember this is already a fully furnished home!

As for me I’m a very down to earth, kind, thoughtful, friendly (and funny :P) 40 year old professional female and I’m currently taking some time off work. Im usually in my room or working on projects outside and the vibe of the house, a relaxing and peaceful environment. House has been completely rebuilt after a fire so everything is new and I keep it very clean. A kind, trustworthy, respectful and clean roommate is def priority. I also have two rescue dogs who I love more than anything in this world, so any potential roommate MUST LOVE DOGS!

Also, will consider a renter with a dog under 40lbs and 2+ years or older old. Your pooch must also be well behaved, potty trained and good with other dogs. PLUS renter will be required to sign a Pet Agreement and Waiver of Liability and pay an addition $200 non refundable pet deposit.
