I'm looking for a male roommate who’s kosher to share my spacious condo in downtown Fort Lauderdale starting the beginning of June. Please be friendly, tidy, trustworthy, and quiet at night. You would be responsible for rent and security deposit which includes ALL utilities.

Your new room the master bedroom includes a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Also, it features a queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a desk, two dressers, and standing lights. Fast High-Speed Internet, Cable TV, patio overlooking the pool, and a washer and dryer are all-inclusive with the rent. The living room has laminated wood floors.

Amenities: gym with cardio machines, weightlifting equipment, and free weights; heated pool; jacuzzi; grill; recreation room; business center; rooftop view; parking garage; and more!

Las Olas Boulevard, a popular shopping, dining, entertainment, art, and other fun destination, is only a short walk away; you can also bike, scooter, or take the FREE shuttle service there. The Brightline Train Station is down the street, while Fort Lauderdale Beach is minutes away. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is simply a short Uber or Lyft ride away. Nearby synagogues are within walking distance. The lease term is twelve months and can be reduced.
