The room is average sized but comes with a walk in closet. The location is great because it's about 2 miles from either I-95 or the turnpike, and about 5 miles from the beach. There's a washer and dryer in the house, and a fenced back yard. There is also a driveway for you to park your vehicle in so you don't have to park on the street. The bathroom is the main bathroom for the house, but i will not be using your bathroom since I have one in my room. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, it's up to you. Either male or female are okay.
