This is a 1 way in, 1 way out neighborhood, so even though it isn’t technically a private neighborhood, it does feel a lot like it is! The house is conveniently located near I-95, FLL airport, downtown and the beaches. There is a screened front porch and patio. I’m looking for 2 potential roomates that will be sharing the property.
