You’ll have access to one parking space in the attached two‑car garage plus one parking space on the driveway, as well as a fully fenced backyard, shared living areas, and all household amenities. We share the home with two friendly, well‑behaved medium‑sized senior dogs.
We are looking for someone who will be a good fit for the home and we are open to discussing details to find the right arrangement. Visitors are welcome within reasonable limits. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the patio only.
