I’m a 23 year old guy moving out of a really nice house with 2 girl roommates currently living there. The girls are nice and they’re young adults as well. The rent is cheap at 1100 per month and the place is modern with driveway parking in a nice neighborhood. But the best part about the place is that it’s nice and easy. By the beach, downtown Deerfield and Boca. Message me if you’re interested I want to find someone to move in for January. February is possible as well though.
