Looking for full time student roommate or serious professional.

Room has queen size bed with 14” mattress, tons of storage space, TV, a desk, a ceiling fan, new laminate flooring, is freshly painted, and has an attached enclosed balcony that is a separate work room. You will have a newly renovated private small bathroom with toilet and sink but will have to coordinate use of shower in the main bathroom.

Kitchen is brand new, and I clean every single day. You will have to be very clean.

Close to FAU, and Broward College.

Laundry is down the hall in communal laundry room, $1.50/large load.

The location is fantastic(!) with restaurants and food stores at walking distance, the beach a 5 min drive, lots of gyms, yoga studios and parks around, and 4 min drive to Boca. Walk to Dunkin, Panera, Aldi and Chipotle. Area feels safe to me and I walk my dog all the time at any hour.

Parking is free.

Looking for a great, responsible, trustworthy and respectful roommate. $100 non-refundable HOA application will investigate criminal background check as per HOA rules.

Room is $1000 per month which includes utilities and internet. $1000 deposit due at start of contract and will be returned upon contract completion/termination if premises are left in same condition as at contract start.
