Very quiet place to be after a tiring day at work

I am looking for a responsible, respectful tenant who appreciates a quiet, clean, and peaceful home environment.
I am truly a workaholic, and I am hoping to find someone who shares a similar lifestyle and simply wants a comfortable, quiet place to come home to after a long day. Although there are currently three people living in the house, we all have similar routines, respect one another's privacy, and pretty much keep to ourselves.

What's Included:
Full access at all household amenities.
Use of the laundry facilities, including laundry supplies.
Basic toiletries, including toilet paper and paper towels.
Bathroom cleaning supplies and other household essentials.
A peaceful, comfortable living environment.

Move-In Requirements:
One of the best parts is that I do not require first and last month's rent or a security deposit. All you need to move in is your first month's rent.

I am looking for a great person who needs a place to call home and will appreciate the peaceful atmosphere we maintain.
