A sliding door separates the room from the common area for added privacy so it’s like having your own master bedroom. Im a bartender/server looking for male roommate to move in between Oct 1st - Oct 3rd. The rent changes slightly every month depending on what the water bill is since it is all paid together. There is no security deposit and electricity and internet will be split other than the rent. Cats are welcome and I do have my own pets that are accustomed to staying in my room and out of the way for the most part and are usually kept away especially when I’m not home so they are not always in the common area as to not be a burden. I also handle all things regarding the apartment so you don’t have to as far as direct communication to the office and making sure if something needs repairs, it is done. I am looking to find a similar vibe to my current roommate where we have busy lifestyles/schedules yet it’s chill, comfortable, not bringing in random people at all times, respectful, good communication especially when we do see each other, responsible, gets along with my pets and just overall good vibes. I am also looking for someone that is not strictly commission only for employment because the complex is giving a hard time with verifying income for commission only jobs.
