With the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths there is ample space for two. Also plenty of amenities provided by the community, and other conveniences due to its location but there are a few complex rules. All of which is listed below. The main thing is you will have to pass the leasing office’s application which requires a background check. This is needed to get you the tag for your car to get past the gate and avoid getting towed. The admin fee and application fee is a combined $175, which will be covered in the rent. First month's rent is needed upfront before moving in. After email correspondence or a phone call I am willing to provide a virtual tour of the space if you are interested. Open to working with you on length of the stay if you need it, and little bit on the price, but overall I am flexible.

This isn’t a sublet, and I’m not a leasing company. Everything is handled directly through the leasing office, so it’s all above board and official. You’ll be listed as my roommate after a quick background check and a couple of forms—but the lease itself will stay in my name. That also means you won’t need to worry about a credit check, security deposit, or bank statements—super simple!
