The shared bathroom is adjacent to the room and the laundry room is on the first floor. This is a guiet house, as most other roommates work a 9-5. The pool and patio area is available for all tenants. Great safe area, close to the beaches, malls, restaurants, and the Fort Lauderdale International, or Palm Beach Airport. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Small office area includes a desk and printer on the second floor, also available. Linen and towels provided. No Smoking. . No additional overnight guest, unless previous arrangements are made with landlord. Additional small fee for extra guest. No parties or events, unless previously arranged.
