Move-in ready for the end of June. But available to take a look at as soon as possible. I have a small Maltese. He’s very sweet. He doesn’t shed and he’s hypoallergenic.
I am open to pets depending what kind of pet it is.
It’s a large spare room with private bathroom and private closet fully furnished brand new furniture flatscreen TV and large closet.
Full access to kitchen and living room room.
The apartment also has brand new washer. and dryer.
Kitchen and bathrooms have brand new quartz countertops and brand new wood cabinets. There’s also a balcony that is accessible from the spare room, the master room and the living room room.
There are also garages that are around $100 a month that you can also rent if you need extra space
Spare room also includes two large closets and a linen closet in the bathroom. One month security deposit $1400 and one month first month $1400 to move in. Fast HOA approval.
