Master Suite room for rent!

I’m currently searching for a new roommate here at Tradewinds on a first floor condo. You’d be getting the master suite which comes with your private bathroom and a great view of the canal (directly across from Tradewinds park). Lanai section, updated kitchen and bathroom space, washer and dryer included. Very shaded and quiet area, will receive your own designated parking space as well. As for me, I tend to be out of the house the majority of the day with work and the gym. A recent college graduate / early to late 20’s is preferred.
