A private bedroom with a bathroom and access to full kitchen is available in a beautiful, peaceful, and cozy townhome. The room comes with a bed but can also be unfurnished if preferred.
We are two girls currently living in the house and looking to rent out the third room to another female. Cats also live on the property, They'll likely greet you with a pure or give you a friendly stare far away, depending on their mood. so being catfriendly is important!

Bathroom: Shared with one other female roommate.

Current Residents: Two girls housemates.

Laundry: in unit

HOA Application: application is required by the HOA for approval, which takes approximately two weeks.

Movein Requirements: First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit.
