Single family home in a gated community. Off street parking. Electric and water included. Use of kitchen stove and microwave only and laundry. Family room, living room and patio off limits.. Quiet home with owner on premises. Person must be clean and respectful of others and rules. On moving out, it is required for a 30 day notice be given. If no notice is given. You cannot use the security deposit to pay last month's rent. Violation of rules will result in eviction and 15 day notice will apply.
