My roommate is moving out, and I need someone to share the rent. Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood with inground screened pool. Separate bedroom with private bathroom in house. Office space, or extra room available if needed. Fully furnished, low maintenance. No mowing or pool care. Looking for someone that is clean, respectful, and doesn't mind keeping the home nice. I am retired, enjoy art, music, and writing. I am easy to get along with, and wouldn't mind some company. Please, no smoking, or drugs. i am always open for discussion. Sorry. There are no photos of the bedroom. It is occupied at the moment. I will get photos as soon as possible. I am very flexible and open for any considerations, and negotiations. There are a total of seven rooms in the whole house with two bathrooms. New roomate will have access to all rooms, including kitchen, and pool are. My perfect roommate would be someone respectful, loves art, shares company when they feel like talking, and appreciates a furnished, and decorated environment. In a quiet development.
