Room Available ~$800/mo

Hey there! My roommate and I are looking for someone to move into our 3-bedroom apartment here in West Melbourne for January (preferred).
Rent is a little over $800/month plus shared utilities (usually around $60 each). The lease runs until July 2026, but we’re planning to renew for another year if everything continues to go smoothly.
You’d get your own private bedroom, share a bathroom with one of us, and have access to the full kitchen, living room, laundry, porch, and parking. The apartment complex has a pool, gym, and other amenities.
We’re both female grad students/young professionals. Both pretty chill, clean, and like to keep the space comfortable and relaxed. We’re not a party apartment, but we do like to hang out, cook, or watch something together occasionally.
About pets:
I have cats (Willow and Finch, both short hair) so you’d need to be comfortable living with them.
What we’re looking for:
* Someone clean and considerate in shared spaces (Currently have a chore agreement we would redo)
* No smoking or vaping
* Ideally another female student or young professional
Approval info:
Anyone interested will need to be approved by both of us (the roommates) and then by the leasing office through their normal application/background check process.
