The property is in a convenient Palm Bay location close to gyms, Sam’s Club, Walmart, restaurants, movie theaters, and other everyday essentials. It is also ideal for aerospace and defense professionals, with approximately 15 minutes to L3Harris, 20 minutes to Northrop Grumman and Collins, and about 50 minutes to Blue Origin, SpaceX, and NASA.

The home is shared by a couple who both work full time and value a clean, peaceful, and respectful living environment. We’re friendly, responsible, and easygoing, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.

We also have two small, friendly dachshunds who are part of the family. We’re looking for roommates who are comfortable around dogs and considerate about keeping shared spaces clean and welcoming.
