Room for rent in house with pool

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to rent a room in my house (rent: $800/mo utilities included). I live in Palm Bay and work remotely at home. I have one dog who is super friendly!

The room is on its own side of the house past the kitchen, has a big closet and a shared bathroom. The house has a big sized yard, a pool, and is in a quiet neighborhood near Turkey Creek Sanctuary. There are multiple common areas in the house and space for 1 car in the driveway. Plenty of storage areas in the house, full kitchen. I’m still getting settled in so the house isn’t fully decorated, but getting there!

Not allowing other pets right now because I have a senior dog. Looking for a roommate who wants a safe and comfortable place and is clean and respectful of each other. We don’t have to be besties, but I’d love it if we can coexist in the space well together.

Some of my hobbies include: drawing, illustration, pottery, kayaking, going on walks, and watching movies. If you’re interested in learning more about the space, please message me!
