Looking for a safe neighborhood, quiet, clean, drama free home....you’ve come to the right place. Gentleman wanted to share my home in the heart of NW Palm Bay. It features a split floor plan so you will occupy one side of the house and l will be on the other. Your private bathroom is right next door. You will have parking for your vehicle in the driveway, however no extra parking for trailers motorcycles or boats is available.
A little about me - I am an older lady that will be sharing my home with you. I am quiet, keep to myself and your privacy is absolutely guaranteed. I'm a very nice, outgoing person and very easy to get along with, no drama whatsoever, I live a peaceful life. I will not be in your business and you can come and go as you please, answering to no one..
About the room - Furnished private room with your own personal bathroom. Blackout shades and curtains keeps it nice, dark and cool. The room features a comfortable bed, triple dresser, lg armoire w/drawers holding a 36" smart TV with Roku (Philo, Prime Video, Paramount+ and lots of free channels), end table, small wicker shelf unit, mini refrigerator, microwave. clock radio. lamps, rugs, venetian blinds, coffee maker, portable heater, lighted ceiling fan and large closet. You will have access to the kitchen and the laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and clothes steamer and also the patio featuring a bbq grill.
About the rent - Rent is to be paid weekly from the day you move in at $200 a week, each and every week. This will include all monthly bills, electric, water, trash pick up, lawn care, prime tv channels, internet and wi-fi.
This is long term rental- 3-4 months min. not a weekly rental. First and last week is required to move in and $200 refundable deposit, so $600 will be expected at move in, we can break it up if need be. the deposit will be refunded on move-out if a proper 30 day notice is given and no rules have been broken and the room is left clean and orderly. As an incentive, if you have the experience and/or the motivation you could do ‘handyman’ things around the house and yard which would help me out tremendously and in return I will reduce your rent by $20 an hour -10 hour maximum per month which will reduce your rent by $200 making it $600 a month.
References, background check and verifiable employment will be performed before acceptance at no expense to you.
Expectations - I expect my roommate to be respectful, considerate, honest and to clean up after themselves immediately, meaning no mess or dirty pots, pams or dishes in the sink. I keep my home clean and I will expect my roommate to do the same. Your room is your room to do as you wish. I will never, ever enter your room for any reason without your knowledge and/or permission. I work from home on my laptop so am in my room most of the time.
Absolutely no drug addicts, no alcoholics and no partiers. Social drinking occasionally, 420 usage is fine, smoking/vaping allowed outside only but no hard drugs. No drama or problems and absolutely no visitors or guests, also no pets. Must be EMPLOYED -DAYTIME. I am at home working during the day and enjoy my quiet and alone time.-no working from home type-as this would not be good fit- must be employed with a steady income to live here. Background and credit check will be done.
