Roommate wanted to share my home in the heart of NW Palm Bay. It features a split floor plan so you will occupy one side of the home and l will be on the other. You will have parking for your vehicle in the driveway, however no extra parking for trailers motorcycles or boats available.

A little about me. I am a retired, older lady that will be sharing my home with you. I am looking for a gentleman, age approximately 30’s - 60’s for the house share. I am quiet, keep to myself and your privacy is absolutely guaranteed. I'm a very nice, outgoing person and very easy to get along with, no drama whatsoever. I will not be in your business and you can come and go as you please, answering to no one. I will respect your privacy and I hope you respect mine

About the room - Furnished private room with your own bathroom. The room features a comfortable bed, triple dresser, lg TV unit w/drawers holding a 32" smart TV with Roku, end table, small wicker side table, mini refrigerator, microwave, alarm clock/radio. lamps, ceiling fan and large closet. You will have access to the kitchen and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

About the rent - Rent is to be paid weekly from the day you move in at $200 a week, each and every week. This will include all monthly bills, electric, water, trash pickup, lawn care, internet and Wi-Fi. Air will be set at 78 degrees consistently, no exceptions. Please note: wasting of water or electricity will be not tolerated. This is long term rental- 3 months min. not a weekly rental. First and last week is required to move in and a $200 deposit is required, so -$600- if you want the room after inspection. Earnest money of $100 will hold the room for 2 days only,-this will be applied to first weeks rent. If you change your mind you forfeit the $100. As an opportunity for you to pay a lower rent, if you have the experience, expertise and/or the motivation you could do ‘handyman’ work around the house and yard which would help me out, I will reduce your rent by $20 an hour. References and verifiable employment required

Expectations - I expect my roommate to be respectful, considerate, and clean up after themselves immediately, no messiness or dirty dishes. I keep my home clean and I will expect you to do the same. Your room is your room to do what you wish. Absolutely no drug addicts, no alcoholics and no partiers. Social drinking, 420 usage is fine, smoking/vaping allowed but positively no hard drugs. Be aware I do smoke cigarettes but only on the back porch or in my room, with the door closed and no other area of the house. No drama or problems. No guests/visitors period! That means no live in, no girlfriends, no children, no pets and definitely no drama. -Preferably be employed during the daytime. I am home during the day and enjoy my alone time. No working from home type as this would not be good fit- must be employed to live here. Single, working, professional with proof of income. I will do a full criminal background check and credit check. So if you have any infractions on your criminal record, or have habitually been late with payments you will not be eligible for this vacancy. My safety and security must always come first.
