Hello! This property is in a lovely area in Merritt Island that is incredibly safe, with a lot of amenities, restaurants, and parks/beaches nearby. (Cocoa beach is less than 15 minutes away!!) Downtown cocoa is right next door, with amazing bars and restaurants as well. You will have a private room, with a shared bathroom with 3 other roommates. The house has an large backyard and common area as well. If you have any questions about the house or the are please feel free to reach out and ask! You will be living with Naomi, who is a 25 year old student who is currently going to school for welding and working as a bartender as well. She is a great roommate who will listen to you whenever you need, or give you space and time to yourself if that’s what you’d like. 2 other roommates will be changing soon but they’ll be around the 20-30 age range, along with an all woman, LGBTQ friendly crew so that is what we are looking at for this house
