Hi, I'm Ryan! I live in a house in Leewood Forest, Melbourne (32935), and have two unfurnished rooms available starting October 5, 2026. Bring your furniture and make your room your own.

Choose the room that suits you:
- Larger room: $800 per month
- Smaller room: $750 per month
- Security deposit: $450 per room
- Minimum lease: three months
- One person per room

You'll have access to a shared living room, a kitchen with appliances, laundry, and parking. Gigabit internet is included in the rent. The bathroom is shared.

Electricity is an additional flat $70 per person per month. The water bill is split three ways. That makes rent plus electricity $870 for the larger room or $820 for the smaller room, plus your share of water.

I'm currently the only occupant and am looking for roommates who communicate openly and help keep shared spaces comfortable for everyone. No pets or smoking allowed.
