Hello! I have 2 rooms to rent in Melbourne next to Florida Institute of Technology.
My current roommate uses 1 as her bedroom and 1 as her office. She has her own bathroom and I’m open to continuing this option instead of renting to 2 people individually.
Lease is 1 year beginning the end of July (but open to having you move in earlier if you need to).
About me: I work from home and have a dog and cat. Friendly, independent, and in my 40s. Open-minded in all aspects of living, so please be respectful and kind.
Looking for a female roommate who is comfortable with a dog and cat, is respectful, tidy, and responsible. Unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed.
Rent: $1,150/month (your half)
Utilities: $320 ÷ 2 = approximately $160 per person/month.
