Roommate Needed Until End of Lease

Lease ends May 1st, 2027.

It’s a three bedroom, two bathroom on the first floor. There’s a kitchen, shared fridge, shared pantry, shared living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Living room has couches and a TV. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment. There are two cats, but they’re friendly with people. There’s one assigned parking spot, but there’s usually spots available nearby. There’s a kid’s park. It’s very quiet, the neighbors are quiet and polite.

Room has a closet, but no fan or light, so a box or tower fan is recommended as well as a lamp of some kind.

I’m fairly quiet, I go to bed around 10-11. I like to watch TV and movies, so that’s usually on in the living room, but just ask and space will be freed up for you. I work 30-40 hours a week. I play video games, but I’m not loud. I cook for myself and my current roommate, but we do split groceries so keep that in mind.

Lorenz is quiet, goes to bed around 10-11. They’ll either watch movies with me or put on their own show. They play video games online, but are respectful and not loud when gaming.

We can get excited and talk a lot, just let us know if it’s too much.

We have two boy cats, Bob and Hoover, they’re a little noisy when they’re hungry, but we have set feed times because they’re a little greedy. They’re friendly with people.
