I’m an incoming student of Florida Tech and I’m starting in the spring! I’m from New York and just got an apartment to stay in for school. I’m pretty cleanly and will respect your space but I would also love to have a friend! The apartment complex has parking and I’m pretty negotiable with a lot of things just ask! You’ll have your own bed and bathroom and living space and kitchen will be shared. The room itself will be unfurnished though.
