Roommate Needed - Room Can Be Furnished!

I have a mid-size room to rent in an apartment on the 2nd floor. It can be furnished if need be.

Your bathroom would basically be private-only used by you mostly but it is across the hall from your bedroom. If guests come over (which isn’t often), I will most likely just have them use my bathroom.

There is also a loft I use as an office but some storage/flex space may be available upstairs as well.

Great amenities, beautiful view, very quiet and safe area. Washer and dryer in apartment.

I am mostly quiet and laid back and am drug and alcohol free and don’t smoke. I like to cook sometimes and watch TV. I work from home most of the time but may travel a little bit. I’m pretty funny too. I have a sweet little pup who is hypoallergenic and does not shed! She’s a dream come true for anyone with allergies! A pet will be considered but they must get along with my her.
