I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath home and have a spare room. The bathroom that comes with the room is the guest bathroom. Must be kept clean especially when there are guests in the house (which doesn’t happen often). I have a lot of animals as well 2 dogs 3 cats 2 birds. Sometimes it can smell like cat when it’s time to change out the litter boxes but I’m pretty good at keeping on top of things. I don’t like to keep my house cold either 72 degrees is probably the lowest it’ll go at night. Not to big on having people over so if you like to bring over guests we’d need to discuss that. If this seems like something you can tolerate let me know!
