I work in Melbourne and the house is centrally located north so really nothing is too far away. We're ONLY looking for an Honest person to Rent our beautiful guest room bc we simply need to catch up on some bills, like just about everyone these days. We are Non-judgemental Christians. *ROOMMATE AD ONLY- .* We don't smoke, do drugs or drink. So, if you prefer a quiet, safe, peaceful home that you can work/study, sleep in and be left alone, This is your place. Internet, Electric and Water included. Room is 12.9 X 10.7 with large Bathroom just outside BR door. 1 indoor cat is ok as long as litter box is kept clean. House is all tile, vaulted ceiling in 22 foot Great Room, New Central AC/Heater, New Duct system also and vents. Shared kitchen w/ New Dishwasher, Refrigerator w/ ice maker, New Indoor Washer/Dryer, RC ceiling fans throughout house. We are a quiet happily married couple, here for 25 years. We like Church, Comedy and Action shows and movies, Car and Art Shows, Karaoke at the American Legion Post, Board games and Cards. House is 15 feet above Sea Level, 17miles inland, 20mins from Beach/Port, 45mins from Airport, only 4mins from Grocery, 2-3mins from Gas/Pharmacy, 10mins from College and 1 min from Library. It even has storm shutters and an Alarm system. Room can be unfurnished or furnished as needed. Thank you :)
