Quiet neighborhood; lots of places nearby for work or entertainment. 5 minutes from the beach access. Nice back yard with patio (not fenced in though). There is 2 rooms available, and it would be a shared bathroom with the rooms (although there is 2 bathrooms, if you need the other one you can use it.) Smoking is ok, outside only.
I have 5 cats! Cats are ok for pets, I would be worried about dogs because of spacing, I would not want your dog to be uncomfortable.
Washer and dryer use as well.
And parking; 2 car garage and at least 4 cars can fit in the driveway, there is an open empty field across the road that could be used on the side for parking as well, if needed.
Utilities and internet $50/m; no additional pet rent or deposits.
