Quiet Rural Home

3 Bed 2 Bath Looking for a roommate to help cover mortgage costs. Living room is all yours most of the time.

All utilities are included, and I mow the lawn. Driveway is about 500 feet down a dirt road, just a heads up.

I have two rooms you can choose from. The one you don't want will be a home gym that you are allowed to use.

I'm pretty laid back, but have some house rules that must be followed:
No drinking or even being drunk in the house
No smoking inside, outside is negotiable
Clear guests with me beforehand
I work swing shift (days and nights) so let's both be respectful of each others sleep schedule in terms of volume.
You buy your own food and incidentals

I spend most of my time at work, the gym, a restaurant, or visiting family. If I'm home, I'm probably asleep, doing chores, watching YouTube, reading, or playing a game. I don't personally like TV, but if you want to use yours, that's cool.
