Clean & Responsible Professional Seeking Roommates

This is a 3bd/2ba house in the NE Gainesville P&G neighborhood, right by the Library Partnership library. It's quiet and bike-friendly — close to UF and downtown, but far enough to avoid game day crowds and weekend nightlife. Within biking distance to Walmart, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Lowe's, Planet Fitness, Ross -- just about anything you might need.

The house is well-maintained with wood-laminate flooring (no dirty carpets), a washer/dryer in-unit, and brick walls that should help dampen noise between rooms. The two available bedrooms share the larger hallway bathroom with a newly refinished bathtub. The master bedroom (mine) has its own smaller en-suite bathroom. The living and dining rooms are spacious and unfurnished for now — we can talk about furniture or whatever we want to do with that space once everyone's settled in.

Sorry, no pets or smokers (of any kind) are allowed.

Rent & Move-In: $600/room + utilities/internet split 3 ways. Security deposit is one month's rent ($600). First month's rent + deposit ($1200) due at signing. You'll need to pass a background and credit check — students with limited credit history are fine, as long as there are no major red flags. Move-in date: 8/1/26.

About me: I'm a clean, responsible working professional looking for like-minded roommates to create a peaceful, relaxing home. I'm drug-free, non-smoking, and only drink on rare occasions. I don't host parties or have many guests over. I keep common areas tidy (pests are the worst) and have a perfect record of paying bills on time. I'm a bit of a film buff, getting back into fitness, and I love biking around town.

What I'm looking for: I'd love to be friends with my roommates — movie nights, hanging out — but I'm equally happy with a respectful "see you in the hallway" dynamic. Either way, good communication and mutual respect are essential. I'm open to any gender or student status, but this is not a party house. I'm hoping to find mature, clean, responsible people ready to move soon.
