Odors, drug, alcohol, vaping, pot/smoke, noise/loudness not wanted. No overnight guests, visitors vetted 24 hrs. in advance.

Excellent location for commuter, three convenient RTS Bus routes (9, 12, 37) and ample free parking. 7 month lease July 1 - Jan 31. If you are emotionally mature, considerate and sensible, this is a great deal for the fall semester.
