My house is located in a nice community isolated from the highway but close to lots of conveniences. Its only about 10 minutes to Old Town or the MGM resort across the river. If you call an Uber it usually takes about 5 minutes.
Our community is very nice. The HOA sponsors community events throughout the year. We have a community pool, lots of playgrounds and walking trails.
Rent includes Cable/gig speed internet, utilities, bi-monthly cleaning and more. I have a gym in the garage and a fax machine for common use. There is always plenty of parking and the rental room has a sliding door to a small private deck.
