Downstairs Room in 4-Rm Condo. Female Roomies

Shared residence looking for another young woman *20s-early 30s. I apologize, lease does not allow live-in partners, kids, or pets :(. The condo is short walk to the Morris-Essex Line and the South Orange Performing Arts Center.
This is a 4 bed-room, two story condo with 2 shared bathrooms upstairs and a guest bathroom that you would also have primary access to since this is the only room downstairs. The room has two large closets not pictured here and there are enough windows in the house to have natural light during the day. The rent includes utilities and WIFI and is constant regardless of energy usage.
We are on the second floor of the 2-story complex. The stairs are outside and lead up to our front door like an apartment, but it looks like a house inside. The complex had a shared garbage and recycling bin for the apartment, and a mail box for which you will have your own key, but all of your roommates will have a shared key to. There is a little outdoor space in the center of the complex with a barbecue put and some chairs where people socialize when there is not a pandemic.

South Orange is a racially diverse suburban neighborhood near Seton Hall. The condo is a 10 minute walk from the train going into Newark, Manhattan, Morristown, ect. Nature trails and waterfall nearby. There are also Black hair salons, dance studios, churches, synagogues, grocery stores

We are LGBTQ+ friendly and currently a multicultural, multi-religious cohort- though two of us will be moving. The one roommate who is not currently moving will turn 30 shortly. She is an actress, singer, choreographer, and Hebrew teacher. Generally residents are either students are young professionals. We are all friendly but respectful of each other's space- especially with COVID-19. No one is weird about overnight guests, though we are all also respectful about partners and get together- through the latter does not happen often. No tolerance policy for racism, ableism, anti-antisemitism or any other covert or overt biases.
