ISO: female roommate through January

I'm moving out of my apartment which I share with my 23 y/o sister, Emily, and her sweet dog Lily. I am looking for someone to sublet through January.

Emily is a lovely young professional who mainly keeps to herself.

The apartment is in a great location right on 13th and Garfield street. Within walking distance to local coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants.

Some perks of the building include a parcel locker for packages, and private parking. They just finished building a really nice private courtyard in the front of the building with chairs, tables, a fireplace, and grills. Residents often host social gatherings and parties there. They are in the process of building a private gym for the building as well. Laundry room is next door to this apartment!

You would be moving into the master bedroom (~200 sq ft, private bathroom, closet, hardwood floors). The kitchen is very nice and spacious (yes, there is a dishwasher). The shared living room is fairly big as well. Altogether, the apartment is about 800 sq ft.
