Home is conveniently located within driving distance to DNTand TX-121, home is on MainSt. and FM 423 in Frisco. Surroundedby convenient and grocery stores, gas stations fast food and dining, etc. Also within driving distance to Stonebriar Mall and Shops at Legacy.

We have 2 rooms with a shared bathroom available. The smaller room is $600/month and comes furnished with a full sized bed. The larger room is $650/month and comes furnished with a queen sized bed. Utilities are an additional $50/month. You are welcome to bring in furniture for the room. We have Amazon Fire TV and high-speed internet. Street parking only.

We are working professionals that enjoy the simple and quiet life. We mostly like to lounge around the house with our dogs, while playing games/watching TV and movies, with the occasional night out. We are very clean and tidy people who are respectful of your lifestyle, ideas/opinions, space, and stuff. We have 3 dogs, 1 medium and 2 small, who are extremely chill, borderline lazy. We are conscious of cleaning up after them and our home. Since we like to keep to ourselves, we'd prefer the same in a roommate, but don't mind socializing once in a while. We'd also prefer someone who will regularly clean their own space. Not looking for anyone who's interested in having a lot of people over. Our home is our escape from everything else.
