​Privacy First: The bedroom is located in a quiet part of the house. To ensure maximum peace and quiet, the adjacent bedroom is kept empty, meaning no roommates living right next door.
​Comfort: A high-CFM ceiling fan with an integrated light is installed to keep you cool and comfortable all summer long.

​Space to Relax: Beyond your private room and full kitchen access, you will have shared access to two separate family room spaces and a dining area, offering plenty of room to unwind outside of your bedroom.

To keep our all-inclusive setup fair and sustainable, we ask for no high-draw electrical equipment (such as large gaming rigs or mining setups). No pets are preferred, though we are happy to consider them on a case-by-case basis.
