Private Bedroom + Bathroom | Lease Takeover | Unfu

I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease in a spacious 940 sq ft apartment. The room comes unfurnished and includes a private bedroom and private bathroom, with access to a shared living room, kitchen, and balcony.

The bedroom is 12’2” x 13” and offers two closets (one inside the room and one outside). The apartment includes free parking, gym access, pool and plenty of shared space, making it comfortable and easy to live in.

Rent is $837.50 per month.
Electric is split 50/50 with the other roommate (Delmarva account in his name) and is paid to the roommate when the bill is due.
Internet is split 50/50 ($30 each) and is paid to the roommate when the bill is due.

This is a lease takeover, meaning you would replace me on the lease and assume all lease responsibilities going forward. The room will be delivered unfurnished. All the pictures are what the place looks like furnished, the only appliances that will stay with apartment are the microwave, the fridge and possibly the couch.
