Private bedroom (room is furnished with queen size bed). Room and bathroom are on the second floor. In addition to the room, you will have access to the first floor; which includes kitchen, half bathroom, and Living-room. Also, the basement; which includes the laundry room and has room for extra storage. Lease is month to month; which provides flexibility. Convenience is the main attraction to this home. Close to everything. 1 minute drive to Governors Square Shopping Center (grocery stores, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc). 9 minute drive to Christiana Mall. 1 minute drive to Bear Library. 1 minute drive to Anytime Fitness and 3 minute drive to LA Fitness. Close to major highway.

Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. • Applicant’s monthly income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. • No pets. • Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. • Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600. • A background check will be conducted. • Applicant must be a non-smoker. • Occupancy is limited to 1 people per bedroom. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.
