1 bedroom semi private bathroom for rent

I will be located near Moores lake off of state street if I buy the home I'm looking at. The bathroom would be used only by you unless there was visitors or something like that but it must be kept clean by you. The common areas must also be kept clean so you must wash up after yourself if your cooking or in the living room doing anything. I must live in a clean environment for my health. I will discuss that further with anyone interested. I don't make much noise and I'm almost always in my room unless my grandson is visiting he normally comes on the weekends if I'm not too sick to care for him. I like to stay in my room watching tv and when I'm out of my room I'm normally listening to audiobooks on my phone with earbuds occasionally I don't use them if I'm not going to be long. I usually only watch TV in the living room if my grandson is there. I would never let anyone be alone with him or be near him without me I will protect him at any cost. I'm trying to get stronger so I can see him even more than I do now. Please let me know if your interested at all. You would have to be approved by the park and sign a lease agreement you must also show proof of income and ability to pay. Please ask any questions you like im an open book. The pictures are what I'm looking to buy so I'll be adding my own furniture accept in the spare room i may add a bed in not sure yet. I'm not sure if anyone would want that or not.
