We have one bedroom available for rent in our 3-bedroom townhome located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Dover. You would have your own bedroom and primarily use the hall bathroom (it may occasionally be used by guests). The home has shared access to the kitchen, living room, dining area, deck, and laundry. Storage space is also available in the basement if needed.

We do have a large German Shepherd in the home, so you must be comfortable around dogs. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the home (vaping is okay), but smoking is allowed outside on the deck only.

Street parking only. Overnight guests are generally not allowed, but can be discussed. Must pass a background check and be approved by property management, as you will be listed as an occupant on the lease.

Rent is $900 per month and includes utilities.
