Luxury Dc Apartment - Until Dec. 1, 2023

You just came across your dream space! (Images from apartment website until agreement for viewing). Located in the well sought after NOMA community in DC, right behind NPR. You will get the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 closets. Large windows for the view and great for work from home. The bed and mattress can be negotiated to stay as well as the two WFH desk and desk chair in the space. There is so much space for an at home work space in your bedroom, but there are 2 lobby’s on the property and work share spaces in both if you need a change of scenery. There are is also a double sided rooftop or courtyard if you prefer to work outside in the fresh air.

The living room is furnished but the roommate also uses it as her office during the day since she does not have the space in her smaller room.

Bedroom is extremely spacious and the property overall is great! Our kitchen is fully equipped and sharing isn’t an issue. The refrigerator is stainless steal and extremely large. The kitchen is also all white except for appliances with peak-a-boo cabinetry for China sets.

There are 2 gyms on the property and they are well equipped. 24/7 concierge with easy grocery and food service delivery. You will be provided with an app that will let you control who can come up the elevators to the apartment so you won’t have to walk downstairs. Guest parking is $5 a day.

This is a great location for working in DC and socializing. If you have a car, there is an extra $200 charge for a parking space unless you find street parking. A block from the property is a Harris Teeter and about 5 blocks away is a Trader Joe’s.

The only additional charges will be light bill and renters insurance that is split between roommates.

Roommate is very nice and shared space stays clean. Would prefer a decently tidy roommate and considerate roommate. No pets please!

This is a great deal as move-in prices are so much cheaper during the winter months so moving after the end of this lease should be a breeze with a great location!
