Room w/ attached sunroom in beautiful DC home!

Looking for a roommate to move into a Capitol Hill/H Street Corridor townhouse June 30, available for a twelve-month lease! The room has a ton of natural light with its own exit and an attached sunroom that can be used as office space, craft space, or whatever you want!

My roommates are leaving DC so I’m looking for new roommates to take their rooms! I’ve loved living here, the house is gorgeous with an amazing deck and landlord is very responsive. The lease renews at the end of June, so looking for someone who can move in starting June 30. I'm looking to fill both rooms; so can take a pair of friends or two individuals! A bit about me:

My name is Caitlin and I'm 26 years old! I'm a pretty neat roommate who doesn’t mind a mess sometimes as long as we clean up together and split up chores. I currently work at a nonprofit/union and mostly work from home! I enjoy hosting small game/movie nights with friends and cooking together/having potluck dinners.

House things:

Rooms can come furnished if you want to buy furniture from my roommates. Living room is also furnished if we want to keep existing furniture! Some of these photos are my landlord's furniture; I can share updated ones with their furniture. Shared bathroom. For the last year all three of us worked from home and the wi-fi was good/reliable!

House is cat-friendly with a pet fee. For allergen awareness, for the past year two cats have lived here (Pics included- they’re not mine but cat photos increase engagement.)
